One thing that pisses me off about my teacher preparation program is honestly the lack of structure. I have not been in two classes that are structured similarly. I have not used a single structure of grading, structure for a lesson plan, citation styles. It is so irritating. I’ve had one teacher say that our lessons don’t need to be more than 3 pages but can be 1 page. And I’ve had a teacher require a minimum of 11 pages for a single lesson plan (and they wanted a whole unit plan). I got 10 points deducted from my 43 page unit plan. I am not going to write 110+ pages for a 2 week unit plan. If I am going to do that I might a well write a novel and I better be published with thousands of sales.

I am seriously irritated right now with the circumstance.
